I’d be shocked if a consumer could not find what they are looking for. Once you click on the sink of your choice more information is given on that product.

If there is anything about eFaucets you want to know they have put it on their site. The information is a little overwhelming at first. There is a lot, a little too much on their site. If you can get past this you will find this merchant to be very good.

As you are looking at the Kohler sinks, eFaucets lets you know right then if the shipping is free and how to get a discount. I found this site to be very generous in doing so. There are reminders everywhere to click here to see the coupons. It is very consumer friendly.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

We emailed them to ask a question and received a prompt and courteous response. They even have extended hours for calling. When we called customer support there was no wait time to talk to a live person. We found the support not to be as knowledgeable as their competitors. They were, however, very eager to find the answer to our question.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE:

eFaucets earned 4.75 stars. There site was the easiest site for narrowing down your search. Although it did earn the lowest number of stars we found efaucets to have great pricing and selections of Kohler Sinks.
