If you happen to find a lower price at one of their competitors before or even up to 30 days after you purchase from Faucet.com, just let them know – they will match it. Their pricing is very competitive even prior to using coupons. On the random items that we compared, faucets.com pricing was lower than the others.

SELECTION:

They have the largest selection of Kohler Sinks. They do not, however, have the biggest selection in color and finish. If the consumer knows what they are looking for and cannot find it on the site they can call or email them. They do carry the product lines for the brands that they show. They may not, however, have it on the website.

SITE NAVIGATION:

Faucets.com website is set up very well. Some parts of it are a little busy but overall it is very easy to navigate. We especially liked the fact that the phone number was visible in the top left and they have a button for sales and coupons. There was no time wasted looking for these things. You can select a category (Kohler sinks) and quickly narrow your search.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

If you have any questions you can contact faucets.com by phone or email. There was no phone wait and they have great hours to contact their customer service. We found them extremely friendly on the phone and eager to help. When we emailed they responded quickly and was very helpful in answering our questions.

They provide a product and price comparison. The consumer can select multiple products and review them side by side. The fact that they offer coupons is a great plus for the consumer. Not only do they offer coupons but they accept their competitor’s coupons as well.

Overall the experience was great. We gave faucets.com 4.9 stars. It ranked the highest of all the merchants reviewed. The only con was their lack of selection for finishes.We would definitely recommend Faucets.com as a source to purchase Kohler Sinks.
