SELECTION: Homeclick doesn’t have the selection of sinks compared to its competitors. It does, however, have the largest selection of finishes to choose from. If they do carry the sink you are looking for, Homeclick may end up your best deal due to their great shipping rates. |
SITE NAVIGATION: Homeclick has a great, clean, easy to navigate site. Their buttons at the top guide you directly to which room you are buying for whether it is a bathroom or kitchen. You actually stay on Homeclick and are not directed to another site as some of its competitors. This site has to be one of the easiest to navigate. You make one selection and it will narrow the results for your next selection.The phone number is in the top left for quick reference and the link for shipping is instantly located. When you select a sink it will let you know if it qualifies for free shipping. This is very convenient. It also lets you know if there is a promotion on that product. We do wish, however, that they had a sales or coupon button to view all of their promotions. |
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Although it took a little longer to get back to us via email than their competitors, we did receive a response in a timely manner. We did make a call to customer service and did not have to wait to talk to a live person. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of their products and extremely helpful. |

OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Homeclick received 4.8 stars. They ranked the highest in all of the categories except for pricing and sink selection. As already mentioned, the shipping rate may make Homeclick the better price on a particular product so take the time to compare pricing WITH the shipping. |
